We currently do not have an automated system to submit abuse reports. For the time being, we are actively contacting people through YouTube to collect information. If you would like to report your account as being targeted for abuse you may e-mail a report directly to the webmaster at ytabused@gmail.com. Please use the following questionnaire as a guide. We are no interested in outing specific abusers, pointing fingers or making accusations. We are also not particularly interested in why you were targeted, since we wish to remain completely impartial in the matter. What is most useful are the simple facts. All information is considered optional, but of course the more the better. All information will also be made publically available on this site, except for your contat info (if supplied) which will be kept private. Please provide as much of the following information as you can: 1) Effected YouTube username(s) with links YouTube profile(s) or channel(s) if available. 2) Independent contact info; How to contact you outside of YouTube. E-mail is preferable but anything works. This information will not be displayed publically. 3) Details about videos that have been affected. Please include approximate date of the incident and a link to the video itself if possible:
4) Actions taken by you, if any, so we can know what tactics are effective or ineffective. 5) Any additional information you think would be useful. 6) Most importantly: anyone you know that has also been the subject of abuse on YouTube not already listed? Since we are currently expanding our database maually, your suggestions will be most helpful in reaching additional members.
